We have our own little traditions at Meallmore.
The kind that bring together community, creativity and connection.
And yes, occasionally, whisky. 🥃
Last year, resident John from Leven Beach Care Home painted a sunrise.
Not for a gallery.
Just a beautiful piece of artwork, inspired by the Fife coastline.
That painting became the label for our limited-edition Meallmore whisky.
A resident-created design.
A national vote.
A bottle shared across our homes.
A piece of artwork turned into something people could hold, gift, pour and remember.
That is what life in a care home should be about.
Not just routines.
Not just activities.
Not just filling a calendar.
But creating opportunities for people to keep expressing themselves, trying new things, sharing their talents and making something special at any age.
This year, we’re adding another bottle to our growing Meallmore whisky collection, once again celebrating Father’s Day with a limited-edition creation shaped by the creativity of our residents, colleagues and communities.
It’s a small tradition.
But it says a lot.
Because when someone moves into a care home, their story doesn’t stop.
Their creativity doesn’t disappear.
Their ideas still matter.
Their voice still deserves to be heard.
Their artwork can still become the label on a bottle of whisky.
Come and check out our growing whisky collection.
There’s another one joining it very soon. 🥃💚
