A great night spent last night with Giovanni 🧘 taking about the language of the body

“The Body Remembers What The Mind Forgets” he shared his vast knowledge and experience of various healing modalities, which prompted a deeper conversation around Cranio-Sacral Therapy and how it works on an emotional and spiritual level, getting to grips with traumas and emotions stored in the body, which can be extremely beneficial, especially for men on their healing journeys

LOCAL MENS GROUP 🤝

Join us THURSDAY NIGHT in Aberdeen for a session with Giovanni, where he will share with us his vast knowledge and experience of bodywork

Giovanni is originally from northeastern Italy and moved to Aberdeen in 2011, where he volunteered at Camphill, supporting adolescents with learning disabilities - his background was in classical studies having an honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Padua, with a focus on Phenomenology and Edmund Husserl.

Alongside academic work, Giovanni developed a strong interest in bodywork and vocal techniques, training in methods such as Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, the Lichtenberg Method, Pneumaphonie and Gregorian Chant - this interest led him to further study in complementary therapies, including TuiNa massage, Reiki, Chirophonetics and Eurythmy

He plans to soon open a clinic in Torry offering complementary therapies within a professional scope
