Happy Saturday!

Yesterday was a record day for shifts coming in. Did we smash it - YES WE DID 👏

Our team worked late, shift swapped and problem solved to ensure our clients recieved continuity with their regular staffing teams.

We are proud to support Your Love Rara Community Interest Company by donating money to support 10 volunteers.

This funding will help 10 amazing volunteers access training and upskilling opportunities, opening doors for their future progression.

At GSR Nursing, we believe in empowering people and strengthening our community — and we’re delighted to play a part in the incredible work Your Love Rara CIC is doing.

Unbelievable — Craig joined us nearly two years ago, and we were lucky enough to secure funding from ABZ Works to support his first steps in our 25+ Program.

In that time, Craig has completed over 1,000 volunteer hours. Despite receiving no support and facing constant discrimination from other employment support services, we never stopped pushing and supporting him to achieve his goals. It hasn’t been easy — we’ve had to jump through countless hoops — but with determination, teamwork, and the help of his dad, Craig has proved everyone wrong.

He has now achieved his BOSIET, IRATA, Banksman, MIST, and medical certification to start his offshore career.

Not only is this a personal victory for Craig, but it’s also proof that our employability program works — with 20 out of 20 candidates now achieving success and moving into employment or further education.

We couldn’t be prouder! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
