Mr Milanifar has today completed an intensive facelift and facial surgery course in Nottingham, led by internationally recognised facial plastic surgeon, Professor Alwyn D’Souza.

This two-day programme focused on a structured, anatomy-led approach to facelift and reconstructive facial surgery, combining detailed teaching with hands-on cadaveric dissection.

Professor D’Souza, a London-based Consultant specialising in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and ENT (Otolaryngology), is widely recognised for his expertise in:

• Facial skin cancer reconstruction

International Fellowship – Rome

This week, Mr Milanifar has been undertaking an advanced surgical fellowship in Rome, observing and training alongside Italy’s leading plastic surgeon, Dr Michele Pascali.

The fellowship took place at Sanatrix Private Clinic, as well as at Dr Pascali’s own private surgical clinic, with focused training in Extended Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift techniques.

Extended deep plane approaches require advanced anatomical understanding and surgical precision, offering structural repositioning rather than superficial tightening.
