We have received a medicine recall for a specific batch of Crescent brand Ramipril 10mg capsules:
Batch Number: GR174091 Expiry date: 10/2026

Some cartons of this batch may contain strips of Ramipril 5mg capsules instead of the 10mg.

We advise patients that are prescribed Ramipril 10mg capsules, to double check the stock they have at home. If you have stock of this batch or have any questions, please get in touch with the pharmacy, either by calling us at 01224 483783 or come in past the shop🙂📞

The NHS Grampian vaccination team will be on Campus on Friday 20th March offering immunisation against measles (MMR), meningitis (MenACWY) and HPV infection.

These vaccines are free and will protect you and those around you from very serious illnesses.

No appointment is required

Meningitis is in the headlines. There is no evidence of any increased risk to people in Scotland and therefore no changes to the existing advice and vaccination programme.

In Scotland, all young people are offered the MenACWY vaccine in secondary school (S3).

If you’re under 25 and haven’t had it yet, there’s still time. Contact your local immunisation team to book your appointment: www.nhsinform.scot/gettingvaccinations

Remember, the MenACWY vaccine protects against some types of meningitis, but not all, so it’s still important to know the signs and symptoms.

Today is No Smoking Day! Organised by NHS Grampian to promote smoking cessation

Smoking cessation is a free service available in Community Pharmacies to help people stop smoking. It is a 12 week programme with the end goal to be completely quit smoking. The programme includes a range of products designed to help people reduce and stop smoking.

Smoking Cessation is open to everyone who is ready to quit smoking ci******es. It has lots of benefits, ranging from improving general health to saving money and cutting costs. We provide a helpful, motivational environment to support people through stopping smoking.
