Is it really weight gain… or is your body just getting stronger behind the scenes? 👀💪✨

When you train consistently — especially with lifting, HIIT and Sculpt formats — your body goes into full repair-and-rebuild mode. That process can make the scales wobble, clothes feel a touch different, or your body feel a bit “puffy”… but none of that means you’re going backwards.

Here’s what’s actually happening:
• Muscles hold more water when they repair
• Inflammation increases short-term while your body heals (totally normal)
• Glycogen stores refill, pulling water in with them
• You’re building muscle — which is denser than fat
• Hormones shift temporarily around training and recovery

All of this = progress. Strength. Adaptation.
Not fat gain.

So if the scales blip or your body feels different for a few days? Don’t panic. You’re not doing anything wrong — you’re doing everything right.

Keep showing up. Keep lifting heavy. Keep choosing strong.
