How are you celebrating International Women’s Day this weekend?
Personally, I’m celebrating ME 😍 with lots of selfcare, love and recharge.
Being 20 weeks pregnant, with soon to be 4 children, 3 of whom will be under the age of 3 😆…this mumma needs all the rest she can get!
This is why I LOVE our caravan!! When you wake up and decide, that’s it, the sun is out, we’re going away for the weekend.
No kids, just us and Stonehaven!
Every one of us deserves to put ourselves first and just pause.

Let’s talk about something you may not realise: Anxiety isn’t just a “mindset problem.” It’s your body’s survival system going into overdrive.
Anxiety is a future-focused fear. Your mind races with “what if” scenarios, your body tightens, your heart rate spikes, all because your nervous system is preparing you to fight, flee, or freeze against a perceived threat. But here’s the twist:
