Tonight’s co-regulation session was such a gentle reminder that showing up, together, makes all the difference. This month we focused on female health and simple lymphatic self-massage… and wow, what a difference in our bodies and energy after just one practice.

Let’s talk about something you may not realise: Anxiety isn’t just a “mindset problem.” It’s your body’s survival system going into overdrive.

Anxiety is a future-focused fear. Your mind races with “what if” scenarios, your body tightens, your heart rate spikes, all because your nervous system is preparing you to fight, flee, or freeze against a perceived threat. But here’s the twist:

I hold a Clinical Reflexology Diploma at the highest level, University Credit rated (SCQF level 8) alongside Anatomy and Physiology as well as the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am a FULL Member with the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), ensuring high quality training/CPD and standards within the Complementary Therapy profession and fully insured.
