Anyone with long hair knows this is basically witchcraft. 🧙‍♀️

Today I only used:
💚 Clarifying Hair Wash
💚 Nourishing Hair Cleanser

That’s it.
No Hair Feast.
No Radiance Oil.
(Not because they’re not great — I own them all 😅)

Nick will confirm: a week of mum buns + non-Tropic shampoo = me in actual tears fighting a bird’s nest.

With Tropic? Brush goes straight through. Every time.

I hold a Clinical Reflexology Diploma at the highest level, University Credit rated (SCQF level 8) alongside Anatomy and Physiology as well as the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am a FULL Member with the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), ensuring high quality training/CPD and standards within the Complementary Therapy profession and fully insured.
