If you weren’t sure if yoga is for you, then come and try a class or two. There are still a couple of places left in each class this week, if you book early.
There are many styles of yoga and lots of different teachers so it’s worth trying out a few to find one that feels right for you.
Beginners/Gentle Yoga - This class has a lovely mixed ability group of people. Suitable for anyone, whether you’re new to yoga, or haven’t practiced for a while, or perhaps prefer slow gentle movements. E start off sitting in our mats, practising breathwork and mindful stillness, then go through a short sequence of stretches (forward fills, back bends, twists and balances) before taking a deep rest.
HATHA YOGA all levels - this class is a longer and more energised practice but is also suitable for complete beginners. All instructions are demonstrated so you can follow along and find your own way of moving through the practice, which includes breathwork, meditation and deep rest.
