BANK HOLIDAY YOGA

Our yoga classes are running as usual over the weekend, there are a few spots available on each one.

If your hoping for sound time for rest, meditation and yoga movement then I hope to see you in class - the classes are suitable for complete beginners or those with experience.

Summer Yoga - We’ve got you!

Our classes continue to run throughout the Summer. There are usually one or two places available, so why not book a class to see if you like it.

Thursday 7pm - Hatha Yoga, all levels
Friday 10am - Gentle/beginners yoga
Saturday 10am - Hatha Yoga, all levels

You can find out more about Hatha Yoga on my website: www.and.yoga. It's a beautiful, slower yoga style with plenty of opportunity to try more challenging things if you wish.

No experience needed - I'm here to support your practice and learning. And I can also lend you a mat, just let me know in advance if you need one.
