Hi Folks 👋

I’ve neglected this account somewhat as life got hectic (in a good way) so I thought I’d post a little update.

After moving house my classes has also found new homes, and some have stayed in their cosy familiar locations.

On Wednesdays you’ll find me teaching vinyasa flow followed by a restorative yin. To book please see the freedom leisure website. We have a lovely cosy studio and you can double up your class or squeeze in a gym session or swim whilst you’re there.

Friday mornings are all about Yin in the glorious studio. To book please see their website. A beautiful converted barn, underfloor heating (for the winter 😉) and quality equipment. Perfect way to end the week.

👋 Hello!

I haven’t posted here in ages so here’s a little update

I’ve been busy working on my MA Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, being with my boys and riding the emotional rollercoaster of my eldest finishing primary school and starting high school, getting to grips with van life as we’ve embarked on some big road trips in our new VW Gwen! And a few other bits here and there.

But I am back to teaching! At the moment I’m trying to practice what I preach and not do too much so it’s a small timetable. There will be a few more classes added soon including a TCTSY group.

I have some limited space for 1:1 work be that yoga or TCTSY (trauma sensitive yoga) please feel free to get in touch.

All booking for Brecon classes needs to be done through Freedom Leisure Brecon and for Crickhowell classes through Flexi Soul Yoga.
