Join me for a 75 minute class focused on our heart chakra. ❤️
The practice will be based on beautiful heart opening postures, alongside a breathwork practice and guided relaxation focused on opening our heart chakra (our anahata).

The class is suitable for all levels and is designed to experience a few different elements of a yoga practice.

Christmas Yoga Class #1 Announcement! 🎄

I am pleased to share the details of the first of three classes I will be hosting over the Christmas period.

It is always such a busy time of year, its nice to take a moment to pause and unwind in a chilled out yoga class. 🧘🏻‍♀️

This one will be a chilled out yoga practice followed by a soundbath with the return of the crystal bowls. 🔮

Come and join me for 60 minutes in the lovely loft space from 6.30pm.
