We are supporting our community's mental health throughout the county of Monmouthshire. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Our services include counselling, recovery courses, tenancy support, information advice and assistance and welfare rights.

Happy International Dog Day!

We have two Therapy Dogs in our office belonging to one of our staff members, They are an integral part of the team who can offer;
-
Stress Relief: Petting a dog can lower cortisol levels and boost serotonin—hello, instant calm.
-
💬 Companionship: They’re always there, no judgment, just love. For those battling loneliness or anxiety, a dog’s presence can be deeply grounding.
-
🚶‍♀️ Routine & Purpose: Walks, meals, playtime—dogs give us structure and a reason to get up and move.
-
❤️ Emotional Support: Many dogs are trained to help people with PTSD, depression, and other mental health challenges.
