We took advantage of the nice weather today and did our Tai Chi mindful movements on the patio.

Our very own Matt Purkiss publishes his latest horror book, Lurks, tomorrow (1st May).

Matt drew on his own personal battles with mental health for the theme of the new book – a process he describes as being “lifesaving.”

Following the book’s release, Matt plans to use Lurks as a starting point for community talks in collaboration with the mental health charity Mind, focusing on how creative writing can help people cope.
