🌟 Patient Choice Award – A Huge Congratulations to Kyle & Our Pharmacy Team 🌟
We are incredibly proud to share that Kyle Price, Prescribing Pharmacist at H Shackleton LTD - Nevill Street Pharmacy, has received a Patient Choice Award from the Health Board.
These awards give patients, families, and the public the opportunity to recognise healthcare professionals who have gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional care, compassion, and safety — and Kyle’s nomination truly reflects this.
Kyle was nominated following an extraordinary moment of clinical judgement and care, where his training, professionalism, and willingness to take the time to listen quite literally helped save a life. A patient later shared that without Kyle’s advice and guidance, her children may have lost their mum. There are few higher honours than recognition like that.
This award is a powerful reminder of the vital role community pharmacists play in early detection, prevention, and patient safety — often at the most critical moments.
