I’m a complementary wellbeing practitioner, intuitive guide, speaker and author – passionate about supporting people to rediscover their inner wisdom, especially when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward with their health, their energy, or their life. I created W·I·L·D® Wellbeing as a space to explore healing in a deeper, more empowering way – one that embraces the Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves, and Dancing with Life that are at the heart of true wellbeing. My approach is holistic, trauma-aware and heart-centred. I believe dis-ease holds meaningful messages, and when we listen with compassion, we can gently unravel what’s ready to be seen and shift into greater freedom, joy and vitality. I work closely with the natural world, with energy, with the body’s innate wisdom – and with people just like you, who are ready to explore what’s really possible when we stop fighting ourselves and start listening in. Symptoms are that conversation — they’re the language of the body. They might not be comfortable, but they’re always meaningful.

Instead of asking, “How do I get rid of this?” try asking, “What is this trying to tell me?”

The answers often bring relief, clarity, and a way forward that feels lighter and more hopeful.

When we experience symptoms, it's not that our body has 'gone wrong' or 'made a mistake'. It's not some random glitch. It's simply following the designed process. But sometimes our thoughts, beliefs and experiences can cause us to get stuck which can result in chronic or life-limiting dis-ease.

This series is to help take away any fear and misunderstanding, returning a sense of clarity, agency and hope.

Your body is far wiser than you’ve been led to believe.

It knows how to heal, restore balance, and bring you back to wholeness. The signals it gives — the fatigue, the tension, the discomfort — are not random mistakes. They’re signposts on the map back to wellbeing.

The question is: are you willing to listen to the directions?

When we learn to read the map our body holds, we stop fighting against it and start walking alongside it. That’s where real healing begins.

🌿 Your Body Isn’t Broken 🌿

So often we’re taught to believe that symptoms mean something has gone “wrong” in the body. That it’s failing us, letting us down.

But what if that isn’t true?

What if every ache, flare-up, or dip in energy is your body’s way of calling out, “Please listen, something needs attention here.”

When we shift from fear to curiosity, our whole relationship with our body changes. Instead of fighting against ourselves, we begin to move with the wisdom already built into us.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s speaking.

❓ What results can I realistically expect, and how long might it take?

➡️ Everyone’s journey is unique, but often the first shift is a sense of relief: “I’m not broken, and my body makes sense.” That clarity alone can lighten fear and bring calm. From there, balance and energy begin to return at your pace. Some changes come quickly, others unfold more deeply over time – it’s more a gentle dance than a sprint.

✨ Will you understand what I’m going through? ✨

It’s natural to wonder if I’ll really understand what you’re going through. This, the third post in the “5 Questions People Ask” series, looks at something close to many people’s hearts:

❓ Do you have experience with people like me?

➡️ Most of the women I work with are in midlife, often juggling responsibilities and quietly struggling with ongoing symptoms that haven’t been explained by doctors. They’re thoughtful, curious about holistic wellbeing, and cautious of anything that feels too “woo-woo.” My clients often tell me they finally feel seen and safe in a way they haven’t before.

💗 The core of the issue 💗

We often believe we’re facing a thousand different problems — health issues, relationship struggles, work stress, self-doubt… the list goes on.

But as Marianne Williamson writes in A Return to Love, drawing on A Course in Miracles:

✨ “We think we have many different problems but we really only have one: denying love is the only problem and embracing it is the only answer.”

What if the heart of our challenges isn’t about fixing, striving, or fighting… but about allowing more love in? Love for ourselves. Love for our body. Love for life.

If this is the case, then the question becomes: where are we not letting love in? And where do we not feel safe / worthy of allowing this love?

It sounds simple — almost too simple. And yet, in my work and my own healing journey, I’ve found again and again that when we soften into love, things begin to shift. Fear eases, tension melts, and healing becomes possible.
