WILD Wellbeing Where your body’s wisdom leads the way
to healing, wholeness and joy🌿 Hello and welcome – I’m Robyn, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a complementary wellbeing practitioner, intuitive guide, speaker and author – passionate about supporting people to rediscover their inner wisdom, especially when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward with their health, their energy, or their life. I created W·I·L·D® Wellbeing as a space to explore healing in a deeper, more empowering way – one that embraces the Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves, and Dancing with Life that are at the heart of true wellbeing. My approach is holistic, trauma-aware and heart-centred. I believe dis-ease holds meaningful messages, and when we listen with compassion, we can gently unravel what’s ready to be seen and shift into greater freedom, joy and vitality. I work closely with the natural world, with energy, with the body’s innate wisdom – and with people just like you, who are ready to explore what’s really possible when we stop fighting ourselves and start listening in. If you feel called to explore healing in a way that feels deeply human, intuitive, and full of possibility, I’d love to connect. This page is a space to share insights, inspiration and offerings – and to remind you that you’re not alone on this path 💚

A little experiment I'd like to share…

After recently attending a wonderful training session with Carey on Making Marketing Easy, something really landed for me around simplicity, ease, and not trying to be everywhere all at once.

Over the holidays I also did a bit of a wardrobe and digital clear-out, and the sense of lightness and spaciousness that followed has been surprisingly powerful. It’s made me realise I want to extend this same energy into how and where I show up online.

So, rather than posting in lots of places, I’m going to pause sharing on some of my accounts for now and simplify.

Going forward, you’ll mainly find me on the following:
✨ my personal page
✨ my LinkedIn page
✨ my Facebook group

I’ll still have some posts gently shared elsewhere on my behalf by my wonderful VA, Danielle of for Help, in a small number of select groups, so I’m not disappearing entirely.

Thank you for being here, for following along, and for being part of this unfolding Dance. Fewer places, same heart 💛

I’m really looking forward to being at the Awaken Mind Body Spirit Show in Cwmbran next month!

I’ll be there with my usual stall (and fingers crossed, a speaker slot too) and I’d genuinely love to see you if you’re free.

These events always have such a lovely, open-hearted feel. Curious minds, gentle conversations, and so many things to explore, experience, and sample. The kind of day you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more inspired, and more connected to yourself.

I’ll be sharing something very close to my heart:
how we can begin to tune into the wisdom of our body.

So often, symptoms are framed as problems to fix or things to fear. I see them differently: as the body’s way of communicating with us. Sometimes softly, sometimes more insistently… always inviting us to slow down, listen, and work WITH our body rather than against it.

When we change the relationship, everything else can begin to shift.

🧘 If you’re craving calm but don’t know how to access it 🧘

In January so many people say to me:
“I just want to feel calmer again.”

Calm isn’t something we force.
It’s something the body allows when it feels safe.

This is why insight, healing, and change don’t come from pressure.
- They come from presence.
- Small moments of listening.
- Tiny acts of kindness towards yourself.
- Letting your system settle before asking it to change.

If you’d like support creating more safety and calm in your body, my work is always gentle, paced, and led by you. Just DM me and we can have a chat.

What if your symptoms weren’t something to fear…
or fix…
or push through?

What if they were invitations?

I’ve created an online course for people who are ready to look at their wellbeing through a different lens, one that’s intuitive, body-led, and deeply respectful of your own inner wisdom. The course is called Unlocking Healing Wisdom and is an introduction to Meta Consciousness®.

This isn’t about learning more information or following someone else’s protocol. It’s a gentle, go-at-your-own-pace journey which helps you begin to listen: to your body, your experiences, and the quiet messages that are often missed when we’re rushing or trying to be “well”.

Through conversational videos, reflective prompts, and a beautifully crafted workbook, you’ll start to join the dots in your own story. Not to label yourself, but to understand yourself. To see symptoms not as enemies, but as meaningful signposts pointing towards what’s asking for care, attention, and support.

There’s space for curiosity here.
Space for compassion.
And support when you need it, including 1:1 Zoom conversations with me.

This course will meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you, at your pace. It’s a doorway into feeling more empowered, more aware, and more at home in your body.

Not because you’re broken.
But because you’re listening.

If this resonates, you’re very welcome to explore further.

🌿 Why January can feel harder than December 🌿

December is busy… but distracting.
January is quieter… and that’s when feelings surface.

Unprocessed emotions.
Exhaustion from overgiving.
A sense of “I don’t want to do that again.”

Nothing has gone wrong.
Your system is simply catching up.

Gentle support at this point doesn’t just help you feel better now, it changes how the whole year unfolds.

This is often when people reach out to work with me, not because they’re broken, but because they’re ready to listen differently.

If this is ringing bells for you and you'd like to have a conversation, simply DM me 🌿

I’m delighted to share I’m a contributor in a newly published collaborative book by Cathy Shuter entitled Our Reflections And Intentions: Cathy’s Wellbeing Club

This is the third collaborative book I’ve been part of with Cathy, and each one feels like a gentle weaving together of voices, lived experience and honest reflection.

My contribution, The Still Waters of Growth, explores the quiet power of reflection, not as a way to analyse or fix ourselves, but as an invitation to pause, soften, and listen. To still the inner waters enough to see ourselves more clearly, with curiosity and compassion.

I love how this collection holds space for real stories, thoughtful insights, and the reminder that growth doesn’t have to be loud or forced. Sometimes it begins in stillness.

Huge thanks to Cathy for creating and holding this beautiful container, and to everyone who shared their voice in this book. It’s an honour to be part of it.

If reflection has been calling to you lately, this book may meet you exactly where you are. You can order your copy at Amazon:

27/01/2026

Before insight,
Before change,
Before healing,
We need safety.

Not as a concept.
Not as something to “work on”.
But as a felt sense in the body.

So many of us try to think our way into wellbeing.
Understand more. Do more. Be better.
Yet the body is asking a simpler, deeper question first:

Am I safe enough to soften?

When safety is present, even a little, something profound happens. The nervous system eases. Defences loosen. The body begins to speak in a quieter voice.

From that place, insight arises naturally. Shifts don’t have to be forced. Healing becomes a process of re-membering rather than fixing.

This is the heart of my work: creating the conditions where safety leads… and everything else follows in its own time.

If you’ve been trying hard and getting nowhere,
it may not be effort that’s missing,
it might be safety.

What might change if that was your starting point?

Fear isn’t a failure.
It isn’t weakness.
And it certainly isn’t something to get rid of.

So often, fear is simply your body doing its very best to keep you safe.

It might show up as tension, overthinking, fatigue, or that sense of being stuck and on edge, even when life looks “fine” on the outside. In our fast-paced, push-through culture, many nervous systems are living on constant high alert. This isn't a personal flaw… it’s a human response.

I created From Fear to Flow as a gentle companion for moments like these.

Not to fix you.
Not to tell you to calm down.
But to help you understand what’s happening in your body, soften towards it, and begin turning the volume down with kindness.

Inside, we explore:
- why fear is a messenger, not an enemy
- how your nervous system learned to protect you
- the real cost of living in constant stress
- simple, body-led ways to reconnect with safety
- how the W·I·L·D® approach can support you back into flow

This isn’t about forcing calm or chasing positivity.
It’s about creating enough safety for your system to remember that it can soften… and you have more choice than you might feel right now.

If fear has been running the show lately, you haven’t failed.
You may just be ready for a gentler way forward.

From fear… to flow.
One breath, one pause, one listening moment at a time.

Transform Your Relationship With Money, From the Inside Out

Have you ever found yourself awake at 3am, heart racing, mind looping through bills, debts, and endless what ifs? Or felt that familiar tightness at the thought of checking your bank balance?

You’re not alone. And here’s something important: it’s rarely just about the numbers.

Financial stress usually isn’t a lack of knowledge. It’s not even really a money problem. It’s about anxiety, the stories we carry, and the nervous system responses that keep us stuck in cycles of avoidance, panic-spending, or total freeze.

But what if there was another way?

Imagine meeting your finances with clarity instead of dread. Making decisions from a place of calm confidence rather than survival mode. Feeling more in control, without having to become someone completely different.

That’s exactly what we’re offering with our new collaboration:
Be W·I·L·D® & Wealthy.

For the first time, we’re bringing together two powerful perspectives:

• Lai, Financial Coach — offering practical, shame-free strategies around budgeting, saving, and taking control of your money story.

• Me, Robyn Harris, Wellbeing Alchemist — supporting the emotional side: anxiety, limiting beliefs, and nervous system patterns that quietly sabotage even the best intentions.

Together, we’ve created a 40-minute video course that blends practical financial guidance with nervous system support — so real, lasting change becomes possible.

Inside the course, we explore:
• why financial stress isn’t just about money (and what it’s doing in your body and mind)
• the three biggest money mindset blocks keeping you stuck
• simple tools you can implement straight away
• how to meet anxiety and overwhelm when facing your finances
• the link between financial security and overall wellbeing

If money has been a source of stress, shame, or avoidance, this is a gentle place to begin a different conversation, one rooted in safety, clarity, and self-trust.

This first release is at a beta price, as we’d love to co-create the next evolution of the course with you. Your feedback will help us fine-tune it so it meets people exactly where they are, offering support that feels relevant, human, and truly helpful.

I’m honoured to share I was a guest on the Seen&Heard podcast with Chris Braitch.

This was a deeply personal conversation. We spoke about growing up in Belfast at the start of the Troubles, living as a minority in a divided society, and how early experiences of feeling unsafe can quietly shape our nervous system, confidence, and sense of belonging, often long before we have words for it.

We explored how survival strategies learned early in life can follow us into adulthood, showing up as people-pleasing, silence, chronic stress, burnout, and physical symptoms. And how those symptoms aren’t signs something is “wrong” with us. In fact they are meaningful signals pointing towards unmet needs or unheard parts of ourselves.

I also shared the lens of Meta Consciousness - an awareness of our deep interconnectedness - and how the body holds lived experience in very real, often metaphorical ways. Alongside this, we talked about my own journey through workplace stress, advocacy, reclaiming agency, and the foundations of W·I·L·D® Wellbeing: Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves and learning to Dance with life.

This episode is for anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed, burnt out, or quietly wondered whether their body might be trying to say something important.

If you listen, I’d love to know what resonates.

❗January isn’t meant to be a ‘strong start’ ❗

January can feel heavier than expected.
Not because you’re doing anything 'wrong', but because your body is still integrating everything it’s just lived through.
The festive season often brings both joy and overwhelm, connection and old patterns.

By January, many nervous systems are quietly saying:
“I need a break.”

This isn’t a lack of motivation.
It’s wisdom.

W·I·L® wellbeing starts here: listening rather than pushing.

What would it feel like to let January meet you where you are?

If you’d like gentle support to listen more deeply to what your body is saying, this is exactly the space my 1:1 wellbeing sessions are designed to hold.

Sometimes a quiet inner nudge won’t let go.

After more than a decade of supporting others on their healing journeys, there came a moment when I knew, gently but clearly, it was time to share my own.

Not because I had it all figured out.
But because I’d walked through fear, confusion, dis-ease, and back into trust… and I knew others were walking similar paths, often feeling lost or alone.

Take a Walk on the W·I·L·D® Side was born from that nudge: a desire to offer hope, honesty, and companionship for anyone feeling overwhelmed by their body, their health, or their life.

If this speaks to you, the book is now available and there to be your companion on your healing adventure.
