Welcome to my page for remedial, sports, deep tissue and bamboo massage therapies. My name is Fiona Detheridge, I am a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist.

I qualified from Hereford and Ludlow College, Hereford, as student of the year in 2015. For the past two years I have built up a dedicated group of regular clients. During my course I learned various techniques in Sports Massage, Remedial, Deep Tissue as well as Bamboo Massage, which I can incorporate into my massages depending on the needs and preferences of the client. I am particularly adept at Sports Massage and Deep Tissue and have a number of athletes as regular clients. I hold a current First Aid Certificate, Public Liability and Professional Insurance with the FHT.
