To snip or not to snip? This beautiful patient is on day 5 of The Perfect Peel journey. Due to her acne-prone skin, she also had a booster with her peel, and will be receiving a course of the treatment. This will help to get on top of active acne and scarring, as well as improve overall skin health. ⁠

During the skin shedding days, skin will typically come off in sheets. This can feel a bit flappy and bothersome, as it's VITAL you don't pull on the skin, or try to get it to peel quicker.⁠

What we suggest is to take a pair of clean, sharp nail scissors, and carefully snip away at peely bits that are getting too annoying (or too tempting!). ⁠

This patient's skin was completely peeled by day 8, revealing hydrated, soft and glowy skin. The Perfect Peel will now continue to work at the cellular level to reduce the appearance of acne scarring and improve the skin's overall health.
