WE URGENTLY NEED TO RECRUIT MORE CARERS!
3 Circles Care opened for business in June 2019. During the last 5 years we are fortunate to have built a dedicated, hardworking, closely knit team of Care Assistants, but we need more of them!
Every day is different when you work in Care, but one thing that remains the same is the commitment and dedication of our staff. Ensuring that our service users and their families feel safe, respected, and confident in the quality of care provided is all in a day’s work.
However, this is only possible when our carers feel valued and supported themselves. We listen to our staff, and always try to implement any suggestions which will make their lives better and easier and improve the level of service which we offer. We are therefore always looking for people to join us; people who are as passionate as we are in helping people to live their lives to their full potential.
We are looking for reliable, hard working, dedicated, enthusiastic people who can drive to join our small, closely knit team.

DIAMOND HOME SUPPORT IS RECRUITING!

Read what one of our loyal workers has to say about us:

“Hi there, my name is Rosie Jones.

I have been working for Diamond Home support for around 9 years. At first I was sceptical of self-employed work but found it suits me. I have found methods which help me to practice good record-keeping month-to-month to prepare for submitting my tax return at the end of the financial year.

I have 3 young children and am able to work around school runs, appointments and child sickness, and have also been able to adjust times and days for events such as sports day or a stay and play day in school.

Diamond Home Support provides a range of services such as:

General cleaning;
Bed making and changing;
Ironing;
Laundry (using the client's own washing machine);
Light meal preparation;
Shopping;
A friendly face to check that all is well;
A friendly ear to listen; and
Escorting people to appointments and activities

although this list is not exhaustive.

I work under a wonderful lady called Heidi Charlton; she has always been fair and understanding when I have faced difficulties.

Diamond Home Support currently operates in the mid-Monmouthshire areas such as Abergavenny and Monmouth; however, it is hoping to expand once again to provide services in the east side of Monmouthshire.

We are looking for dedicated, reliable people to work with us.
We look forward to hearing from you.”
