Due to staff sickness, our Care Navigation/Reception team are currently operating with reduced capacity. As a result, you may experience longer waiting times on the telephone and delays in processing non-urgent administrative tasks.

🌟 Living with a Chronic Condition? We’re Here to Help! 🌟

Our Living with a Chronic Condition course is designed to support anyone with a long-term physical or mental health condition to maintain and improve quality of life through self-management.

✅ Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over who has experienced symptoms for 6 months or more.

💡 What you’ll learn:
Pain and fatigue management, improving sleep, coping with low mood and difficult emotions, preventing falls, better breathing, medication use, physical activity, healthy eating, action planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Have you signed up for the Wales NHS app. You can order your repeat prescription through the app and now with the introduction of electronic prescribing, your prescription can be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.

Dr Burton will continue at the practice.

Cae Glas Surgery carpark is currently closed due to the snow. The surgery is open.

As of Monday 5th January Dr Anjum who has been sharing a patient list with Dr Weis will become a full time partner at the surgery. She will therefore take over the complete patient list with which she has been working with since becoming a partner at the practice.

Both Gwrych Medical Centre and Cae Glas Surgery will be closed Thursday 1st January 2026.

🎄Festive Opening Hours Update 🎄

Gwrych Medical Centre & Cae Glas Surgery will be closed for Christmas day and Boxing day we will reopen on Monday 29th December 2025.

👉 If you require urgent medical attention, please call NHS 111.

Please also note that the surgery will be closed on New Year’s Day.
