❗It’s great that more awareness is being raised about the Silent Solution. However, we have seen some misleading information which we’d like to raise aware of to make sure that anyone who needs it, understands how to use it.

📞If you call 999 and press 55 straight away and hang up, a response will not follow. A completely silent 999 call would not be put through to the system, you need to listen carefully to prompts before dialling 55.
