✅Don't starve yourself all week and then eat yourself sick because you've been "good".

👍One of the biggest problems I see when people come to me is they try the impossible and eat such a low Calorie diet during the week that they are bouncing for the weekend to go mental.

🔥INTERMITTING FASTING🔥

One of my clients recently suggested that he struggled to eat in the morning, either because he wasn't hungry or didn't have the time.

In these cases i sugget skipping breakfast or intermittent fasting and saving your calories for later in the day as a tool for fat lose.

The Benefits...

- Less Rushing In The Mornings.
- More Productive In Work.
- Less Snacking.
- More Food In The Evenings.
- Reduces Blood Pressure

Intermittent fasting is an eating strategy, its NOT a diet and its NOT magic. Its a case of making your eating window shorter there for having more food in a smaller space of time.

It can be very useful in a fat lose phase or anyone who struggles with snacking in the evenings. But like I've said, you will lose bodyfat not because it's a Diet but because it's a shorter time period to eat meaning possibly less calories consumed meaning bodyfat will be lost.

🔥CALORIE DEFICIT is all you need to lose weight, simple 👌🏻 none of these fat crash diets which make you s**t so much that you lose weight purely down to the fact you don't get off the toilet 🤣

🤢Skinny coffee? All you need to do is drink it twice a day 🤔 yeah that's it, I'm out of a job f**kkk. You will NEVER lose bodyfat through drinking decafe coffee 🤣

🔥Keto diet? This diet will work, but only because you are eliminating a whole food group which is carbohydrates 👌🏻 you'll see a massive drop in weight the first week from keto which won't be bodyfat it will actually be the glycogen leaving you muscles and all the water weight leaving your body 👌🏻 if you were to go from zero carbs back to normal carbs then i bet everything i own you'll gain the weight back and more 👌🏻

🔥A CALORIE FU***NG DEFICIT is all we need, what is that you ask? Well its the amount of calories you need to eat in order to lose weight, simple.

👏So ill break it down, if you eat 1500 calories a day and are burning 1500 a day then you will gain nor lose weight as the calorie balance is even 👌🏻

🔥If you eat 1500 calories a day and burn 1600 calories a day then YOU WILL lose weight as you've burnt more than you've eaten 💪🏻.

👏And in turn if you eat 1500 calories a day and burn 1400 calories then you will gain weight and you've still got calories sitting there thay you haven't burnt 👌🏻

👏The more exercise you do the more food you can eat and the more exercise you do the quicker you'll lose weight granted you are in a deficit of calories.

🔥I've seen sooo many people say "I dunno how I'm not losing weight I've burnt 2000 calories today" yeah mate but you've also eaten 3000 calories so it's invalid as you've eaten 1000 calories more mate.

🔥Way to many people use poor excuses why they cant lose weight, and for me personally if you want to reach a goal then you will do anything and everything in your power to get there 👌
🔥Coming from someone who at their heaviest was 14 stone 10lbs (now hanging around the 12stone mark) if you really want to do it you will. Yes its scary to change habits, change daily routine and make the jump into a new challenge but from someone who has been there, id say jump head first and dont look back ✔
🔥People who say that its too expensive to lose weight, but happily spend money on drinking every weekend and having several takeaways a week will ALWAYS be the same people who say "I'll start next week" I'm sorry but it's true 👍
🔥Instead just start the same day and you'll be thankful you did and be so much happier for it. Positive change is good 😍
🔥Weightlose is so easy when you know how and if you dont know how then contact someone who does and make the jump 🔥

You see way to many people blindly going into dieting who have minimal knowledge or have simply googled "The best diets".

Usually these are the people who will eat chicken, rice and veg for 5 days before sacking it off and going back to their old ways. Why? Because they don't know what their doing and get bored.

Now im not saying chicken, rice and veg doesn't work because it does, that is if you can manage bland foods and have zero palate.

Its like taking a sledge hammer to renovate your own kitchen as you've seen it on tv. Fine at the start then when it gets tricky you're fu**ed.

Hense why people hire professionals for these sorts of things. And your body Should be treated the same.

🗨The goal was take as much bodyfat off as we could without having to bring calories silly low and end up dragging our arse about the place.

🗨Our calories ranged between 1750/2000 with off plan meals included which has helped massively with the mental side of things.

🗨For me personally we are lean enough now to enter a gaining phase where we'll slowly increase calories whilst getting stronger in the gym which will certainly add some muscle mass.

🗨Adding to much food to quick will only make him store excess bodyfat which isn't the goal. At the minute his body will be abit like a sponge where what ever you give him he will hold. So slow and controlled is how we will be tackling this.

🗨This guy is one of the exact reasons im a coach because of the hard work, consistency, adherence and dedication to the plan and watching his body Change like this has been a pleasure to be apart of.
