For me this is one of the best transformations I've been apart of and that all down to the hard work, dedication, commitment & consistency from ashleigh ✔

Worked Together for nearly 6 months and dropped over 4 stone in that time and as you can see the progress has been unreal.

Not only physically have we changed but our mentality and mindset has now been reset gaining alot more confidence and happy within herself which is the main thing.
-
Going from not exercising at all, to no doing it daily and getting pi**ed off if she can't exercise and hit her step count. Which resorts to doing a few miles around the living Which for me is the difference between someone making excuses and someone actually wanting a change.

She now has all the tools she needs moving forward in being able to lose weight on her own which again is something im happy about. I dont want you to need me forever.

🚫 Don't starve yourself all week and then eat yourself sick because you've been "good".

🙏 One of the biggest problems I see when people come to me is they try the impossible and eat such a low Calorie diet during the week that they are bouncing for the weekend to go mental.

🔥 Don't get fixated in dropping scale weight all the time and chasing a drop everyday as thats not realistic.

🔥 If you weighed exactly the same or heavier after 20 weeks but looked completely different would you care?? No you wouldn't.

🔥 Nobody asks you how heavy you are they only telling you how good you look. Rememeber that.

"Help me lose weight"

"I really need help"

"I've tried shakes and they dont work so want a proper plan"

"Im so unhappy with how i look i really need to change my ways"

"I've gained so much weight the last few months i need to do soemthing about it"

"Those results are amazing, i really need to do something like that"

"How do we get started?"

These are just some of the things that i get messaged daily. Then when we've had a chat and i tell them my prices so many give me the below answers..

"Ahh I'll let you know soon mate"

"Im skint right now sorry ill get back to you next week"

"It's pay day next week so ill drop you a message then"

"I'll look into this and let you know"

"I'll ask around other coaches and get back to you"

"-----" (means i get ignored)

"Im not ready for commitment just yet"

"Not sure this is for me sorry"

"I'll do my own thing for now"

These answer all come from people who understand they need to make a change but again not willing to invest in their health. Yet ill see the same people spend what i charge A MONTH down the pub and then finish with a takeaway or some new clothes A WEEK.

Everyone sees the tranformations i post and everyone wants that until they have to invest in their health.

You either make a change now or 12 months down the line you'll be the same or in a worse place than now.

🔥CALORIE DEFICIT is all you need to lose weight, simple 👌🏻 none of these fat crash diets which make you s**t so much that you lose weight purely down to the fact you don't get off the toilet 🤣

🤢Skinny coffee? All you need to do is drink it twice a day 🤔 yeah that's it, I'm out of a job f**kkk. You will NEVER lose bodyfat through drinking decafe coffee 🤣

🔥Keto diet? This diet will work, but only because you are eliminating a whole food group which is carbohydrates 👌🏻 you'll see a massive drop in weight the first week from keto which won't be bodyfat it will actually be the glycogen leaving you muscles and all the water weight leaving your body 👌🏻 if you were to go from zero carbs back to normal carbs then i bet everything i own you'll gain the weight back and more 👌🏻

🤣Juice plus? Any wa**er who tells you to drink juices instead of food needs to get a fu***ng life. Bottom line it doesn't work 👌🏻

🔥A CALORIE FU***NG DEFICIT is all we need, what is that you ask? Well its the amount of calories you need to eat in order to lose weight, simple.

👏So ill break it down, if you eat 1500 calories a day and are burning 1500 a day then you will gain nor lose weight as the calorie balance is even 👌🏻

🔥If you eat 1500 calories a day and burn 1600 calories a day then YOU WILL lose weight as you've burnt more than you've eaten 💪🏻.

👏And in turn if you eat 1500 calories a day and burn 1400 calories then you will gain weight and you've still got calories sitting there thay you haven't burnt 👌🏻

🔥YOU NEED TO BE BURNING MORE CALORIES THAN YOU ARE EATING IN ORDER TO DROP ANY SORT OF WEIGHT👏

👏The more exercise you do the more food you can eat and the more exercise you do the quicker you'll lose weight granted you are in a deficit of calories.

🔥I've seen sooo many people say "I dunno how I'm not losing weight I've burnt 2000 calories today" yeah mate but you've also eaten 3000 calories so it's invalid as you've eaten 1000 calories more mate.

🔥💪SO I'VE HAD ALOT OF ENQUIRES OVER THE LAST 4 OR 5 WEEKS AND ONLY TAKEN ON A COUPLE OF PEOPLE WHO I KNOW WILL PUT THE WORK IN SO HAVE OPENED A COUPLE OF SPOTS SO I CAN GIVE YOU THE ATTENTION YOU NEED💪🔥

A return is potentially on the cards, why?

Because I am sick to death of seeing "coaches" give regular Joe & Josephine's from down the road their own bodybuilding diet plans. Eating the same 4 or 5 meals a day. All whilst not teaching them a single thing about calories nor teaching them what to do when the end of the 12/16/20 week plan ends.

I've spoken to sooo many people who have zero clue how many calories they're eating nor how to maintain their fat lose once going alone. Meaning they will gain all their weight back once going alone because all they know is eating cream of rice. No carbs and chicken and rice. My plans have taught people the understanding of calories and how to manage it once they finish with me. Eating food you'd think is bad for you but understand how many calories are in each bite meaning you can still eat those things but in moderation. My plans are lifestyle changes. Not diet plans.

With over 60 choices on my "diet plans" which has taken me years to perfect puts me head and shoulders above most as you can read here. You can still eat your toast, cereal or breakfast rolls for breakfast, why? Because I've done all the work for you and will teach you the ways to enjoying the foods you like. And I'll also teach you how tk track calories yourself so you won't need me forever
