What can I say about both of these athletes?
They both represented Scotland at the IKMF World Championships in Denmark.
Targets were set and the training began.

Gayle Anderson 20kg 30' LC Target- 268, she achieved 269 which gave her the extra achievement of Master of Sport and Gold Medal world champion.

Kevin Milne 32kg 30' LC Target- 312, he achieved 315 which gave him the extra achievement of Master of Sport and a Bronze Medal.

Strathspey Therapies have been working with both athletes to compliment their training.
Sports Massage helps injury prevention and recovery. Through the combination of stretching and massage techniques sports massage encourages muscles to relax and elongate, increasing overall suppleness and range of motion As a result, athletes experience improved agility, coordination and performance.

Strathspey Therapies would like to pass on a massive congratulations to them both. What will be next? I'm sure it won't be long before you see them again.
