I have a passion for supporting people of all ages to lead healthier, happier lives through nutritional therapy, but I have a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse children and their families. I'm a mum to a wonderfully unique and neurodiverse son, and feel that because I'm walking that walk myself, I'm able to offer support and a better sense of understanding to families that may be feeling a little overwhelmed.

I’m really excited to be teaming up with The Gather'n in Aberlour and the wonderful Sarah, who’s passionate about promoting wellness and good-quality, nourishing food.

DITCH THE DIET (and still lose weight) MASTERCLASS - 27TH APRIL

If you're struggling to lose weight, even after attempting a number of different diets, it could be that you just haven't tackled the underlying reason for your weight gain, and until you do, no amount of dieting or depriving yourself will be effective in helping you lose those pounds.

As a nutritional therapist, my goal is always to pinpoint the root cause of any my client’s health concerns, including weight gain, and often when they address those issues, they really begin to notice significant improvements.

For a lot of women, various issues like hormonal imbalances (common during menopause), stress, inflammation, and emotions can all play a role in weight gain. Once you begin tackling those, you can really kickstart your body's weight loss journey.

My upcoming masterclass 'Ditch the Diet Drama (and still lose weight)' on Saturday the 27th April, won’t be like your average weight loss approach, and you might be surprised at some of my advice - including eating MORE to lose weight, and including enough fat (of the healthy kind).

Over the course of two hours, I will guide you through the most common causes of weight gain, and what you can do to make positive changes, how you can foster a healthier relationship with ALL food, mindful eating exercises, stress reduction techniques, and I’ll also teach you how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help you overcome issues such as comfort eating and poor body image.
