Just a wee note to say things are a bit tricky at our end just now, so replies might be a little slower than usual - thanks so much for bearing with me.
If you’re also going through a stressful period, then there are a few things you could do that might just help.
For me, I have a few non-negotiables that I really focus on when the going gets tough, such as prioritising sleep, filling my plate with food that nourishes me, and giving myself a bit of space to breathe.
Having said that I’ve also been stress-eating crisps 🙈 but I'm not too worried, as I know I’ve still got a good foundation of healthy eating in place, and that counts for a lot.
Meditation is also something I do daily - almost without exception - and I think that's what's keeping me sane right now. Even just a few minutes a day can help, and if you’ve never tried it, I absolutely love and recommend to everyone the meditation app Insight Timer. They literally have thousands of completely free meditations!
Hopefully I'll be back on track soon.
