Abersoch Harbour has two accessible parking spaces, with access down to some benches overlooking the outer harbour. These spaces get filled up fast so get the earlier the better to get a perfect morning coffee spot! 😍

is a group of lovely people that meet every morning for a dunk in our beautiful Abersoch sea! They meet at SCYC end of the beach, just under the beach huts! They’re a lovely, friendly bunch who say all are welcome to come & join in!

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with them over their socials for any details on dunking such as which is the best way to access the beach depending on your needs. They’re always happy to help & assist where they can!

Our aim with Abersoch Accessibility is to try & make Abersoch’s online presence more accessible, giving you somewhere to go to get accessible information. We also want to give you as much information as possible about accessibility for all different disabilities in Abersoch and the surrounding areas 🧡

Happy 1st November everyone 🤍

We’ve got lots of exciting plans for Abersoch accessibility but also need your help! 🫵

👉 We would love to get fundraising for some accessible signs around Abersoch.

👉 We would love to collaborate with traders in our community, to give everyone the right information about accessibility in their business.

👉 We would love to hear about any ideas you might have on accessibility in and around Abersoch.

👉 We also would love to hear from you about how we can make Abersoch more accessible.

Please get in touch if you offer any accessible services in and around Abersoch that we can share on here!

We know that Abersoch itself struggles with accessibility but hopefully by giving everyone the information before hand, it will make life that little bit easier!

A local charity by the name of Wheely Pete has begun their mission to make the local beaches more accessible to everyone. In an effort to bring the joy of the sea and the sand to more people Wheely Pete have designed and distributed their own water wheel chairs across local beaches.
