CANCELLATION POLICY

please note
At Hannahs Foot Care we strive to be as flexible as possible and understand that life just doesn’t go to plan sometimes,
But unfortunately i have had to make a post about SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS on numerous occasions

If you

🔴 cancel on the day of your appointment ( at least 48hr notice is needed)
🔴do not attend your appointment ( no show)
🔴 cancel on more than 2 consecutive occasions without notice
🔴cancel on the spot ( when i arrive)
🔴 cancel or reschedule constantly
We will no longer offer another appointment in the future

But
🟢 if you have a hospital or doctors appointment we will happily rearrange for another day the same week or following week
🟢 if you’re not feeling well we will happily rearrange for another day that week or the following week
🟢 if you have any plans that may clash with your appointment we will rearrange for another day or time if notice is given

Please note that i run my business myself on a self employed basis, i plan my day around how many patients i see in a day and how many tools i have on that day….. and a waiting list for people who need an appointment
