As you might have noticed, the cost of many things are going up. Rather than increasing my prices this year , I've decided to make some changes to how I run my business to keep things affordable for you.
✅•I'll be introducing smaller service areas on set days (e.g. Abertillery on Mondays, Brynmawr on Tuesdays, etc.). This will help me save on fuel and streamline my services.
✅•To keep my stock management simple, I'll be ordering any treatments over £50 by request only. This also requires payment in full before ordering.
✅•Finally, stricter cancellation policy with cancellation fees will be enforced.
🚙•I've already started planning future routes and schedules, and I'm sure this new way of working will benefit everyone! Regular appointments may need to be adjusted slightly, but I'll work with you to find a convenient time. I am confident that these changes will allow me to continue providing high-quality foot care at current prices

Not a post i like to write but due to an increase in last minute cancellations i need to reiterate that we do have a cancellation policy in place

As a small local business i have very limited spaces and a wait list of people in desperate need of my services that would of loved to of had that appointment ,
Late cancellations are very hard to fill at short notice

I understand that things happen and people feel unwell at times and i am happy to rearrange for exceptional circumstances and as many of my regular patients know i am very accommodating during these times.

But as a small business i can not run my business at a loss as it take time and money to prepare and deliver a high quality service

Im sorry for the long downbeat post,

A franchise or large retail company may not notice but a small business will ….. support small a business
