Just popping by to say I'm taking a little time away from all the noise of social media and have deleted the apps from my phone. I'm choosing to be with my family and enjoy some peace of mind (and run )

I do this every summer for a few weeks and really recommend it if you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply craving more presence and slow time. It frees up so much space and energy.

Some quiet time alone this morning, just me and the river. 💦🌿

After some Qi Gong and gentle stretches, I sat beside the water, breathing with it, listening.

It had a simple message for me and maybe it’s one someone else needs today too:

Trust the process.
The river reminded me, life flows through moments of turbulence, stillness, reflection, and renewal.

It doesn’t carry the burden of overthinking.
It simply is.
Be like a river.
Trust the process
