My Reiki space all set up and ready for The Murphy Project CIC first Wellbeing Day for Cancer at the beautiful tomorrow 10am-2pm.
Eadiechops has been working so hard getting the whole place set up and it's looking amazing, thank you Emma Eckersley for letting me be a part of it and thanks so much Gwyneth Evans and Joseph Evans for all your hospitality and keeping the kids entertained tonight! ### 💫💕🙌

Next up in our well-being team are...

Top left will be free Indian head massages for anyone in remission/ carers and loved ones.

Top right .backshall creating some mindfulness activities around art and balance.

Middle left will be talking about all things skincare.

Middle centre will provide free reiki sessions at the event.

Middle right the gorgeous has kindly agreed to be there to offer makeup tips and advice.

Bottom left, we have talking all things nutrition and gut health

And lastly, the beautiful is travelling all the way from Shrewsbury to provide free oncology massage.

What a gorgeous bunch, hey 🥰

Such a great event put on by The Murphy Project CIC where everything is free for attendees.
I'm looking forward to working there offering Reiki.

Everything you need to know about our first event, but the main points I want to stress are

💷 everything is FREE. No one is there to sell you a thing, the entry, the treatments, refreshments all covered by us!

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 this event is for ANYONE and all genders that's been touched by cancer. You don't have to be on active treatment. Cancer affects everyone upon diagnosis, patients, carers, and their loved ones. The people left behind all deserve support and a chance to heal.

✨️ Lastly, our aim is for everyone to feel COMFORTABLE. There is no pressure to participate in any particular aspect of the event. Don't want to talk? No problem, just want to grab some information leaflets and leave? Fine by us. Everyone's experience of cancer is different, so just take what ever you need from the services on offer.
