If you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re missing out.

Laughing is a good cure to diffuse stress, infuse some lightheartedness into life and get some perspective on the fact that, hey, this is only life after all -- you don’t have to take it so seriously.

So, try to laugh more and stress a little less. It strengthens your emotional and mental well-being, keeps other people from getting under your skin and keeps you cool and collected, plus a lot more fun to be around.

Its always a good idea to have a good support system around you, including like-minded people who are in a similar place to you. You could start off by networking and getting to know people in the same industry as you. As the business owner, you are not very likely to get negative feedback on how you are doing from your staff, and feedback is even less likely if you are working alone. So try to get people in your circle that are in a similar position to you so they can offer you constructive criticism. 👥👍
