We’re incredibly proud to share that ABERPOETH is now an approved operator in Wales.

From day one, our goal has been to create an authentic sauna experience by the sea - rooted in proper sauna culture, community, and connection. To have that recognised is a big moment for us.

A huge thank you to for their support, craftsmanship, and guidance throughout our journey - we wouldn’t be here without you.

Here’s to more proper löyly, more cold dips, and continuing to grow the sauna culture here in Wales.

Penblwydd Hapus | Happy Birthday

Today we’re celebrating Ellie, who turns 23.

Ellie has been part of ABERPOETH from the very beginning - a huge part of the journey, the energy, and the community we’ve built.

Not only that, she’s Iolo’s partner and the mother of Caio, our general manager.

We’re so grateful for everything you’ve brought to ABERPOETH - your support, your presence, and everything behind the scenes that people don’t always see.

Welcome Back / Croeso Nôl

We’re excited to welcome all our members back tomorrow from 2pm – 8pm at our Consti location.

To show our appreciation for the incredible support from our community over the winter months, we’re hosting a Members’ Open Day.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us — we are incredibly grateful to everyone who have encouraged us, it means everything to our small venture.

Make sure to book your session, enjoy a complimentary drink on us, and Alexis will also be with us offering free massage treatments for anyone who would like one.

We can’t wait to see you back in the sauna.
