“Counselling: 120 young people aged 13- 25 a week through our doors for counselling, free highly trained and passionate therapists, who walk along side young people helping them to regulate and work through the needs they come with, ranging from anxiety and low mood, to complex trauma and unhealthy copying strategies. 3/10 of the young people we see have thought about or previously attempted su***de:

You all being here means the world to us, a community coming out to raise money that’s goes directly to front line support for these young people fills us with energy to keep going.

Thank you to loose cannon, a long term supporter who we are forever grateful too.

Howdens thank you so much for being here and organising this event!

One of our strengths is our team from amazing trustees, volunteers and staff, we have a few teams here tonight, if you get a chance, definitely go and say hello to them , they are some of the most kind, passionate and interesting people.”

Introducing a new Member of Staff for 2025!

Hi I'm Kev!

"When I saw the job advertised, I just had to apply and join the TAB team to be part of this amazing and respected charity that makes such a difference to young people. I am not a trained youth worker but have a background in community neighbourhood policing and a proven track record in establishing effective engagement and diversion partnerships.

My work was recognised in 2024 when I received an Inspirational Leadership award from the Chief Constable for my outstanding community initiatives, in particular, the community football clubs that helped young people gain trust with the police and a sense of belonging within their communities.

The experiences gained and characters I’ve met throughout my service have made me very humble and open minded. My focus is now on making a difference to young people helping to create positive pathways and a sense of belonging within the communities they live in. I recognise that I don’t have all the solutions but I’m not afraid to be innovative in my approach and seek help and investment from community stakeholders along the way."

We a really excited to have Kev on the team and all he is going to be bringing to support the work we are doing.
