Those of you that know me know I love dogs.. getting out walking this time of year is sooo important. We have a huge lack of vitamin D in the UK this time of year which lowers your immunity. That’s why we call it flu season. Flu is around all year it’s just our bodies are not great at processing when we’ve got low vitamin D and then we express it with symptoms 🤧 get on the vitamin D!

On another note I’m super excited about Christmas, again for those that know me know I love everything sparkles and pretty lights ✨

Elle first came to see us when she was trying to get pregnant. Throughout Elle's pregnancy, she was regularly adjusted, which resulted in her having a 'textbook pregnancy'. Elle now comes in with her son Enzo, and they are both regularly adjusted. We love seeing their smiley faces in the clinic! 💕

Outside of the centre this is where you’ll find me. Surrounded by animals! These are my chickens; omelette, flow and sunny and one of my dogs Ziggy! The girls are new additions to the family so the dogs were doing some desensitisation training today!
