We are The Abbey Chiropody and Podiatry Clinic and we have been based in Abingdon since 1987. We are a small, family run clinic that aim to provide professional, friendly and evidence based practice to meet all your foot care needs. Some of the foot conditions we treat are:

Callous and corns
Ingrown/thick/fungal nails
Verrucaes
Fallen arches
Athletes Foot
Foot strain and dysfunction
Cracks (fissures on feet)
Plantar fascitis
Joint/ankle problems
Muscular/skeletal problems
Checking of Chilren's feet

Some of the treatments we provide are:

Nail cutting
Cryotherapy
Biomechanics Assessment
Nail avulsion (This is removal of the nail using minor surgery techniques and local anaesthetic)
Acupuncture of the foot and ankle
Manipulation of joints
Gait analysis

We are happy to announce that we are now taking online bookings for our new purpose built Podiatry clinic at Coxeter house in Abingdon.

We are also delighted to welcome Allister to our team. He has recently moved from Edinburgh and is very excited to start working in the family clinic.
