' Following an accident at home several months ago causing whiplash like injuries, I contacted a chiropractor , namely Jennifer of Choice Chiropractic. This was a very new experience for me but Jennifer quickly put me at ease and taking all necessary details and thoroughly explaining her methods she gently started to utilise her clearly considerable skills. I had described the accident as having put 20 years on me. Well, Jennifer took 15 of those years off in one short session. ( I am heading towards 80 )

Talking of Camels 🐫 ! Did you know camel spines are surprisingly straight? Their humps aren’t part of the spine—they’re fat and water stores! 🧍while our S-shaped spines are designed for movement upright posture, balance, and shock absorption.

Cycling at Goodwood Race Track? 🚴‍♀️🏁

Had a great ride around the iconic track on Sunday — no potholes, no traffic, just smooth tarmac and stunning views!

For all you budding cyclists out there, it’s a brilliant spot for time trials or a leisurely ride in a unique setting. Definitely worth a visit if you fancy something a bit different!
