New treatments now available Monday Wednesday Friday evenings:

Remedial massage - deep tissue massage 30mins or 1hr.
Lymphatic drainage massage - cleanse the lymphatic system 1hr.
Head neck shoulder massage - eases tension, headaches etc 30mins.
Destress massage - gentler less intrusive massage to promote relaxation - 30mins or 1hr.
Foot & lower leg massage - reduces inflammation aids circulation 30mins.
