🌼🌸🌻🌷🪴 A beautiful Mum-Me Circle yesterday, were we were able to really sit in the complexities of redefining Strength, inviting the feminine into the out of balance masculine traits, that have been intertwined into our motherhood paths, past down, past across ~ as our society spins on unrealistic expectations of mothers, when actually, everything we are doing is invisible.

We can ask for help
We don't have to enjoy/love every minute
And we can definitely say no

I learnt a lot again ~ as I usually do in Circle with wisdom from Mum's.
It was a special afternoon ✨️🎐✨️🎐✨️🎐

I think she is great and I've been taking small bite sized joyous pieces of her work for many years.

Her colours are incredibly vibrant and her messaging is beautiful....

Wanted to share this, at the start of half term, as it would do us all good to remember.
