We are a limited company that specialises in supporting and coaching autistic people and their support networks on to be speakers and trainers in autism, giving the most powerful and insightful perspective of all aspects of life on the autism spectrum. We also provide specialist autism services for all ages and their support networks, including diagnostic assessment, advice, support and bespoke approaches to health needs. We employ Peer Support Practitioners who work alongside our team of Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists to ensure their lived experience specialism is put to use to provide invaluable insight and to guide positive neurodiverse approaches to health care.

People should feel reassured that using paracetamol in line with NHS advice is safe.

Public health agencies and autism charities agree there is no evidence that paracetamol causes autism, and existing guidance remains unchanged.

🌟 Our popular Just For Us teen workshops are back! For ages 13–17 🌟

Part of our Living Well with Neurodivergence offer, in collaboration with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

This free, 10-week online workshop series is designed for neurodivergent teens in Oxfordshire — whether they have a diagnosis or are waiting for an assessment. Each session creates a safe and empowering space to explore identity, build self-understanding, and connect with others.

🧠 Topics include:
• Identity – How to be the best version of me
• Executive Functioning – The brain’s control centre
• Sensory Profile – Understanding my senses
• Emotional Regulation – Handling my emotions

📅 Mondays | 5–6pm | Starting 6th October.

✨ Open to young people aged 13–17 living in Oxfordshire, who are supported by CAMHS or waiting for an NDC assessment.

Spaces are limited – early booking is recommended!
