As the alcohol-free Christmas challenge comes to a close, I just want to say thank you 🤍
Thank you to everyone who took part… Whether you committed to the full challenge, dipped in and out, or simply paused to reflect on your relationship with alcohol over the festive period.
A few gentle things I noticed along the way…
• More energy in the mornings
• Better sleep and steadier moods
• A deeper awareness of habits and triggers
• A reminder that choice, not restriction, is where real change begins
This was never about being “perfect” or giving something up forever. It was about curiosity, listening to your body and noticing how you feel when you give yourself a little more space and care.
If this challenge sparked reflection, clarity, or even just one mindful moment, that’s more than enough.
We’ll be continuing these conversations gently over time, so keep your eyes peeled for ongoing support, reflections, and resources in this space ✨
