🔹 Bronze Cover: This option includes one 6-monthly LOLER service and one full service/inspection per annum (parts charged additionally). Call-outs during working hours will be charged at standard rates, with an engineer aiming to attend within 3 working days.
🔹 Silver Cover: This package offers one 6-monthly LOLER service, one full service/inspection per annum, and call-out labor during working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Parts are charged additionally. An engineer will aim to attend within 3 working days.
🔹 Gold Cover: Our premium package includes one 6-monthly LOLER service, one full service/inspection per annum, and call-out labor including spare parts during working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). An engineer will aim to attend within 3 working days.

Please note:
None of the packages include repairs outside of our normal working hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Batteries are not covered and will be chargeable if required.
