🌟 We're Hiring: Deputy Manager 🌟

Ready for a leadership role with heart? Join Care With Dignity Partnerships as a Deputy Manager, and lead by example—working on the frontlines to support both staff and service users across the community.

📈 Competitive Pay & Benefits:
• Up to £24.00/hr on Bank Holidays
• Weekdays: up to £16.00/hr, Weekends: up to £17.50/hr post-probation
• Paid travel & mileage
• Pension scheme, holiday pay & employee discounts

⏰ Full-time Commitments:
• Work a full weekend every other weekend
• Required to work public holidays on scheduled days
• Available for at least 2 evenings weekly

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct service‑user reviews, spot‑checks, audits, and risk assessments
• Supervise, train & mentor support workers; lead team meetings
• Deputise for the Managing Director, including on-call duties
• Manage administrative tasks: rotas, care plans, invoicing, stakeholder liaison
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, paperwork, and quality standards
