A very different Christmas day this year volunteering at a food bank and giving back.
After settling the pups, putting on our matching crimbo jumpers (a.k.a mum) and I helped to serve and clear 60 Christmas dinners 💞

Dogs + Yoga = perfection
This year I've tried to give back a bit, fostering dogs in need, currently with our giant foster bro helping him know that not all humans are awful 😞 alongside spreading my yoga teaching passion and loving how others benefit from being on the mat too.
Manifesting a life of dogs and yoga is going well 💗🐩

As most of my friends know I'm a cold dormouse and often hibernate in the winter in as many layers as possible 🐻
That is probably why I used to teach hot yoga all day! Now I've found sauna and wild swimming 🎉 and I absolutely love it. Especially the sauna hat🤣

Just back from an incredible few days hosting another Yoga Retreat.
What an amazing place. We did A LOT of Yoga 😅 and I loved every minute of it.
