Reflexology is based on the principle that the body is reflected in the feet and hands. Specific pressure is applied using thumbs and fingers stimulating over 7000 reflexes that connect to corresponding organs and glands to help restore balance to the body. Reflexology is a well established holistic therapy that aims to encourage healing and relieve stress and tension, improve general health and w

ell-being. A detailed medical history will be taken at the first session and sessions last for 45-60 minutes, please allow and extra 20 minutes at the first session.
