Evening folks...so another week, another month almost...and yet another change of direction for Lizzie 😂

I started back at my old job yesterday, for the NTS at Crathes Castle, back in the fold!

This year has thrown up some truly unpredictable twists and turns, and not in the most pleasant way!
However...cracking on with it! 😊

So anyway! I have some availability throughout June, these are all afternoon appointments (at 2pm but can do 3 or 4pm, book online, then message if you'd like a bit later). I currently dont have any mornings free

A 45 minute guided meditation, a 30 minute energy healing, a discussion of the information downloaded, a typed report done and sent. To keep and look over.

The energy centred around root chakra related issues, connection to a past, and presnet life scenario, healing, releasing, relief!
