Wellbeing Wednesday

Mine is to make sure I have a lunch break today, away from all screens and if the rain holds off, maybe step outside for a few mins for some fresh air too 😌

It can be very helpful to focus on the here and now, there are a number of ways to help with this such as mindfulness, breathing techniques, being aware of your surroundings, grounding using your senses and mindful movement.
