The fun part of bodybuilding

280x10 hip thrust
180x7 hack squat
50s x12 split squat
95x7 T bar
240x10 10 dip machine

Training is flying atm and *touch wood* the injuries are gone. Still being sensible with some stuff but having the confidence to progress like this feels great

In person check in with this morning who is in a great spot at the min as we bring this diet phase to a close

The goal for this diet was not to be shredded but a tidy up from a surplus that was well timed with a very special occasion!

I’m sure one day there will be a stage showing for Shaughna as that’s something we’ve been working towards that for a long time now and trust when that happens 😮‍💨
