🔥 WHY YOUR QUADS AREN’T GROWING (AND HOW TO FIX IT)
Most people train legs…
But very few ever build legs that stand out.
Here are 3 reasons your quads aren’t growing — and what to do about it 👇🏼
1️⃣ You’re chasing numbers in the gym, rather than getting the most out of the exercise.
Heavy plates don’t mean heavy stimulus.
If you’re bouncing reps, skipping depth, and rushing the eccentric, you’re not training your quads - you’re just moving weight.
Slow it down, get the full range of motion.
Ex*****on > Load.
2️⃣ You lose composure when it gets hard
Leg training isn’t just physical - it’s mental.
Everyone looks composed on rep 1…
But when your quads start to burn, DON’T rush through the rest of the set or just quit. Take a couple of breaths and continue to rinse your quads, taking the set to failure.
3️⃣ You didn’t see any progress quickly so you just stopped
Legs aren’t built in a month.
They’re built through years of consistent ex*****on - the same movements, the same cues, the same discipline.
Legs are earnt, not given.
If you fix these 3 things, your quad progress will explode.
