There have been so many changes in our lives. The world seems to jump from one disaster to another. The news is all bad. It’s as though the media want us to be in a constant state of anxiety. It is more important than ever to make sure you take ‘me’ time every single day. Go for a walk or sit in the garden. Close your eyes and listen to nature. Sounds an easy thing to do but it isn’t, especially when your brain is overloaded and cannot switch off. Take that nap and don’t feel guilty. ❤️
