As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll support our residents through the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. This includes assisting with personal care, monitoring wellbeing, and offering reassurance when needed.

A kind and patient nature
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential (full training provided)

Claires Sponsored Swim Update
Our Activity Coordinator is swimming the length of the English Channel to raise money for the activity fund and she has reached the 1/3rd point with 433 lengths under her belt or 7 miles.
She has another 975 lengths or 15 miles to go and is loving the challenge so far 🏊‍♀️

This week we have had Sophia from Burnley College on her work placement.
She has been a great assest and has done lots of manicures for our ladies aswell as many other activities.

A fantastic result for Pendle Brook, achieving an overall Good rating in our recent internal mock inspection, with three areas rated Outstanding.

This achievement is a reflection of the hard work, commitment, and high standards maintained across the home — something everyone can be incredibly proud of.

This morning the participants of our Dementia Cafe with Burnley FC in the Community enjoyed looking through a 60s/70s party box from Lancashire Libraries.
It contained lots of items which might have been used at a party in the 60s and 70s and brought back many happy memories for everybody.
