🚨 MISSED APPOINTMENTS MATTER 🚨

Between April 2025 and March 2026, a total of 2,184 appointments were missed by patients who did not attend.

This equates to 32,706 minutes of clinical time — that’s 546 hours of GP and Clinical Time lost. ⏳

These are appointments that could have been used to help other patients who need care.

👉 If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.

📢 New Medication & Prescription Support at Reception 💊

From next week (week commencing Monday 23rd March 2026), we will have a dedicated member of our Prescriptions & Medication Team available at the front desk on the following days:

🗓 Monday
🗓 Wednesday
🗓 Thursday
🗓 Friday

They will be available to help with specific medication and prescription queries that cannot always be managed by our reception team.

ℹ️ Please note:
🚫 This is not a reception desk.
💊 The desk is for prescription and medication queries only.

Our reception team will still be available to support with appointments, general enquiries and other requests as usual.
