🍁What a lovely weekend it’s been 🍁🍂

🍁With the clocks going back, that extra hour of rest felt like such a gift, a gentle reminder to slow down and enjoy the simple things.

🌿We’ve spent it surrounded by family, friends and our gorgeous therapy dogs, soaking up the autumn sunshine and those little moments that make life feel full.

🍂And to top it off, I was treated to a trip up to London on a date with my best friend ❤️

🌸So much care, laughter, and teamwork in our clinic today, we truly love our Clinic Family…..

🌸Today reminded me exactly why I love what we do at The New Haw Clinic. We had six of our amazing team working a full, busy day filled with teamwork, laughter, and care.

💆‍♀️ Two of our Osteopaths — myself (Nell) and our wonderful senior Osteopath, Harriet — saw lots of little ones today (we do love our baby patients!).
💪 Adrienne, our brilliant Physiotherapist, was helping patients regain strength and movement.
🌸 Naho, our talented Acupuncturist, was supporting some fascinating cases — from cancer treatment support to fertility care.
🦶 Kim, our skilled Reflexologist and Bowen Therapist, brought calm and balance to her patients.

🌸Yes, even Osteopaths need treatment sometimes 👀
I wasn’t in pain, but after increasing my exercise recently I noticed a slight restriction in my neck. Our Senior Osteopath Mike used this gentle Osteopathic neck release (plus some targeted stretches) and the difference was instant!! Can you hear those clicks too?!

🌤 Sunshine, Smiles & Precious Moments

🌸We’ve had the most beautiful Sunday together, and it reminded me just how precious time with my family truly is. Walking through Chobham Common under blue skies, holding hands, chatting and laughing with my love and best friend and watching the Clinic Therapy Dogs with a spring in their step, it filled me with the kind of peace and happiness that you carry in your heart.

🌿As an osteopath and clinic owner, I see every day how stress, rushing and constant “doing” take a toll on the body. But moments like today remind me, healing doesn’t just happen on the treatment table. It happens when we move with ease, breathe deeply, connect, smile and allow ourselves to enjoy being present.
