🌸Osteopathy for babies is one of the most gentle and reassuring ways we can support families 🌸

🌿Pictured here with Harriet and Mike, our Senior Osteopaths, and myself, Nell, Principal Osteopath and Clinic Owner. In Mike’s arms is his baby, who came in for cranial osteopathy to help with latch issues and tummy tension. These are the moments that really matter to us, supporting not just our patients, but each other too.

🌸Today has been a busy day in clinic helping babies and children with feeding challenges, unsettled tummies and built up tension. These are concerns we see often, and with the right gentle approach, we are able to help babies feel more comfortable, more settled and more at ease.

🌸There is something truly special about this week… the arrival of the spring equinox 🌸

🌿A moment of balance, light and renewal. It feels like a natural reset. Longer days, brighter mornings and that sense of fresh energy returning.

🌸Our mornings have been filled with beautiful sunrises and quiet moments of meditation, setting the tone and intention for the days ahead. That calm and focus carries through into the clinic and into every treatment we provide.

🌿This weekend has been so wholesome spending time with my wonderful family, being out in the garden, and really noticing the beauty around us… the blossom, the fresh air, and everything beginning to come to life again.

🌸And in clinic, this week has been just as meaningful.

🌿My team and I have had a busy and fulfilling week helping our patients feel and move better. From babies to adults, every person we see matters. Alongside this, our therapy dogs have been gently supporting, bringing a sense of calm and comfort to the space.

🌸I know many of you will have been out in the garden like I have. Digging, lifting, bending… and perhaps noticing a little twinge or stiffness afterwards. I certainly felt it myself.

🌿This is exactly where we can help. A session with one of my team can make a real difference, and I will be seeing one of my colleagues for a quick MOT to keep myself moving well.

🌸Our batteries are recharged, our focus is clear, and we are ready for another busy and amazing week ahead.

Friday in Clinic….

🌸Some of the most special moments in our clinic feel calm, warm and reassuring 🐾

🌸Pictured are Mylo and Forest, our beautiful therapy dogs, peacefully snoozing in the clinic while I was treating patients. Mylo is almost 15 and Forest is almost 14, both happy, healthy and still with the most gorgeous shiny coats. They spend less time in clinic now, which made today feel even more special having them by my side, quietly helping create a space where patients can truly relax.

🌿In clinic today we’ve been helping a wide range of patients, each with their own story.
From babies and children, who loved cuddling the dogs, to an 82 year old gentleman having his regular osteopathic care to keep him moving freely, comfortably and enjoying life. We always end up sharing stories about our much loved dogs, which makes each visit even more special.

🌿 I also supported a 36 year old with mid back and neck tension from long hours at a desk. By working through the spine and gently through the abdomen, we helped release deeper areas of tension and restore ease and freedom in her movement.

🌸This is what we do every day in clinic. We listen, we understand your body, and we help you move and feel better.

🌿We’re back again on Saturday with a full team including osteopaths, physiotherapy and massage, all working together to support you.

🌸It’s often the little moments that say the most

🌿I captured Molly, one of our wonderful massage therapists, mid laughter with a colleague and it perfectly captured the feeling in our clinic.

🌸Warm, relaxed, and genuinely caring.

🌿Today is a busy one for us, and I love days like this. Molly is in and will be helping patients with everything from pregnancy massage to sports injuries, as well as her deeply relaxing hot stone treatments.

🌸Alongside her, we have a full team in clinic. Alfie, Harriet and myself, Nell, Osteopaths, and Adrienne, our fantastic Physiotherapist. All working together, each bringing our own expertise, but with one shared focus… helping you feel and move better.

🌿There is a real sense of teamwork here. We support each other, we care about our patients, and that creates a space where you can feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in.

🌸Most importantly, we take the time to really understand what is going on. We get to the bottom of your problem, and we get results here.

🌸Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Foot health and so much more🌸

🌸There are moments in clinic where I pause and feel incredibly grateful for the work we do.

Today was one of those days.

🌿From an 82 year old patient managing arthritis in the spine and hip, where regular osteopathic care every six weeks helps reduce pain and maintain mobility… to helping an 8 year old who has recently been struggling with anxiety. Gentle osteopathic treatment helped release tension in the body and by the end of the session they were relaxed, smiling and already looking forward to coming back next week.

🌸This is the beauty of osteopathy.
It supports the body at every stage of life.

🌿From babies, children and busy parents, to those wanting to stay active and mobile as the years go by, every day in clinic we help people move more freely, feel more comfortable and regain confidence in their bodies.

🌸Osteopathy for your whole Family🌸

🌸Pictured are siblings I treated today having cuddles with Pixie one of Clinic Therapy Dogs after their Osteopathic Treatment, while I was treating their mum. It was calm, lovely and a reminder that Osteopathy can be a real support for the whole family.

🌿Children often carry far more tension than we realise. Between school, sport, growth, emotions and busy routines, their bodies can hold a lot. Adults do too, just in different ways.

🌸Osteopathy can help ease tension, improve movement, support relaxation and help the body feel more settled. Whether it is back pain, neck tension, headaches, stiffness, postural strain or general discomfort, treatment is always tailored to the person in front of us.

🌸Sunday with my family🌸

🌸Pictured is my brother and I on our way to our cousin’s engagement ceremony on Sunday. It was so lovely to dress up in a saree, spend time with family, and be surrounded by our aunties, uncles, cousins, laughter and love.

🌿And yes, true to form, I was just as interested in hearing all about the aches, pains, stiff joints and joint replacements too. I am an Osteopath through and through, and I never stop wanting to listen, understand and help people feel better in their bodies.

🌸Family means everything to me, and that same warmth, care and feeling of being truly looked after is exactly what we want every patient to feel in my clinic.

🌿For me, it always starts with listening. Taking the time to understand you, your body and what is holding you back, so we can help you feel more comfortable, move more freely and feel better.

The sunshine has been pouring into the clinic today and it has felt full of life ☀️

Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️

💕Today has been filled with the kind of love that truly matters.

🌿The morning began in clinic, providing Osteopathic care for some wonderful patients. 🌿A beautiful baby struggling with latch issues. 🌿A patient recovering from a whiplash injury to their neck. 🌿Someone experiencing back pain referring into their leg and foot. 🌿Watching each of them leave more comfortable, more balanced and moving more freely is something I never take for granted.

💕There is something very special about supporting people back to themselves. When the body is understood and given the right support, it responds.

💕☀️This afternoon brought fresh air, sunshine and a Valentine’s walk in the North Downs with my family and our therapy dogs. Laughter, connection and the simple joy of being together in nature. Moments that ground you. Moments that remind you what health and happiness really feel like.

💕Love is care. Love is presence. Love is helping others feel better.

🌿Animal Osteopathy🌿

🌿Dogs rarely complain, they adapt.
🌿They adjust how they move, how they rest and how they use their bodies, often long before we realise something feels uncomfortable.

🌿Subtle changes such as a slight limp, slower stairs, hesitation to jump or stiffness after rest can be early signs that a dog is compensating rather than complaining.

🌸Self-help tip:
Watch for small changes in your dog’s movement or behaviour, especially as they age or after an injury. Early awareness can make a real difference.

🌿Pictured is one of my gorgeous patients, who I’m supporting with an elbow issue. Their owners contacted me after noticing a subtle limp. With veterinary approval and a thorough osteopathic assessment, we identified a mechanical problem contributing to their discomfort. Gentle osteopathic treatment helped restore ease of movement and support a comfortable return to normal activity.
