It’s chilly! Listening to the radio earlier about chilblains, Reynauds and other circulatory problems that are really noticeable at this time of year prompted me to remind people that a reflexology treatment can be extra soothing (and warming) for those that suffer. This certificate absolutely took me by surprise this week - thank you Association of Reflexologists. And despite interludes when I’ve had small babies or when Covid created distance, I’ve never stopped practising this fabulous holistic therapy. A reason to celebrate 🍾
