Just look at this ⏬⏬⏬

⛄ Chocolate & Ginger Mud Pie ⛄

🔪 Chop half a ginger bar into slices and reserve a few bits for the top
🥛 Mix half a Hazelnut and Chocolate shake (25g) with 1 tsp mam, then whisk in 80ml of cold water
🍫 Pour chocolate mix on top of the chopped bar and leave to chill for 15 mins
🥄 Top with saved slices and enjoy!

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄

That feeling of "Groundhog Day" boredom can set in, and we often find ourselves gravitating towards the kettle many times a day (I know I am guilty of this!).

However, it is very easy to open the snacks cupboard whilst waiting for the kettle to boil without even realising we're doing it, and reaching for a nice choccy biccie to go with that cuppa.

Do that several times a day and we're soon on that slippery spiral of falling off plan and telling ourselves we can't do this!

Here are some top tips of how to stay on your diet plan whilst working from home:

1. Start the day off right. 1:1 porridges are not only yummy, but keep you feeling full for ages too!

2. Set times for moving around. Just because you are working from home doesn’t mean you must be chained to your desk for 8-9 hours a day! Do some stretches, or go for a quick walk and fresh air around the block, your dog will love you for it!

3. Avoid buying high calorie snacks at the supermarket. If they're not in your cupboards, you can't eat them!

4. Cut bars into smaller pieces. Cutting them into small bites will extend the time it takes to eat them, and so you will feel fuller quicker!

5. Drink water and stay hydrated. People can very often mistake thirst for hunger.

6. When you feel yourself heading towards the fridge, ask yourself, "Am I actually hungry, or just bored?"

🎄Christmas treat 🎄

This uses just one 1:1 Diet product along with some water flavouring for the jelly and some mix a mousse.

⭐ Recipe for Festive Trifle ⭐

🍮 Make your jelly up as normal & leave to set
🔪 Chop half a ginger bar into slices and use a couple of slices to make a topping - lay slices on top of jelly
🥛 Mix half a vanilla shake (25g) with 1 tsp mam, 1/4 tsp mixed spice and 80ml cold water - whisk for 1 min, then pour on top of jelly
❄️ Leave to chill in the fridge for 15 mins, then sprinkle with reserved topping
🥄 Enjoy!

Love desserts like we do? Indulge in this heavenly chocolate dessert with a coconut twist while staying on Plan.

🥣 Method:

1️⃣ Cut up half your Chocolate Chewy Bar into tiny pieces.

2️⃣ Make up half your Chocolate Shake, Coconut Water Flavouring and Mix-a-Mousse as per packet instructions.

3️⃣ Place half of your Chocolate Chewy Bar pieces into the bottom of your ramekin or small dish.

4️⃣ Pour half of your Mix-a-Mousse mix on top of the Chocolate Chewy Bar.

5️⃣ Repeat.

6️⃣ Sprinkle with a light dusting of cocoa powder.

7️⃣ Set in fridge for 15 minutes aaaaaaaand voila!

I lost 3 stone for my wedding & I will never forget how I felt on this day.

I have never been one for the limelight, ask anyone who knows me BUT on this day in May 2014 I can honestly say owned it lol

I had zero insecurities and that was a lot to do with being at my goal weight.

When I was planning the wedding, I was so worried that being so self-conscience all my life was going to hold me back from enjoying my day to the max. But, as it happened I couldn’t wait to get into that church, marry my Kenny and make him proud.

My wedding day was most defiantly the best day of my life and a day I will remember FOREVER.
